Talkin and Dreamin

I'm off to a lovely weekend away with my husband and some very good friends.  I can't tell you how glad I was when I woke up this morning and the wind chill was -26F.  (The regular temperature is -6F.)  Glad not because of the temperature here, but where I am going is in the 60's.  Thank you Jesus!  Not only that, but a weekend with only adults....I won't know what to do with myself.  How will I know what is happening on Franklin or Little Einsteins?   My hands will feel so idle not changing Polly Pockets or brushing Barbie hair...

Shhh!  There is a huge secret in the works for GCC.  I know you won't tell.  Our friend Tim gave some hints on his blog. 

For now, I'm off to talk, hang out and dream with some friends. 

Magical Memories

Other peoples family vacation photos may bore you. If they do, just click around my blog roll. Other people's blogs are probably more interesting. What you will find interesting in these photos, however, is that two very specific dreams of Rob's came true. He is the one in the white turbin and red tunic that is way to small. Can you guess what show he got picked to be in? His other dream come true was meeting Winnie the Pooh live in person. Rob whispered in his ear…"I secretly slept with you for 15 years." Not sure what Pooh thought of that, but I thought it was pretty funny, and so did the girls.
